These 3D mockup renders are the exclusive intellectual property of Y&V Studio and are shared strictly for proposal review purposes with CUCKOO International (MAL) Berhad. Unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, or sharing with third parties is strictly prohibited. Any party found using these designs — including sharing with competing vendors or using as reference for independent fabrication — will be subject to a design infringement charge of RM10,000 per instance. Cancellation of project after design works have commenced may also be subject to charges. Y&V Studio reserves the right to pursue legal action for any unauthorised use.
