Permit Application Assistance
Y&V Studio handles the full mall and venue permit application process on CUCKOO's behalf — documentation, submission, and follow-up. No service charge.

Storage & Warehousing
All fabricated kit assets stored at Y&V Studio's premises between activations. Kits are maintained, inspected, and ready to deploy at any time.

Permit Fees (at cost)
Actual permit fees charged by malls or venue operators are not covered by Y&V Studio. These are billed back to CUCKOO with full documentation.

Important notes
Proposal A activations cover Klang Valley only. Transport surcharge applies for outstation events — see full proposal for zone pricing.
Proposal B requires a minimum commitment of 10 activations.
A 3-month activation forecast is required upon contract signing to plan fabrication and deployment scheduling.
Hero backdrop artwork to be supplied by CUCKOO's marketing team. Y&V Studio handles printing and installation. Artwork for other display elements (counter wraps, zone panels, kit graphics) may be developed by Y&V Studio and will be advised accordingly.
Storage is complimentary for 12-month contracts. Shorter contracts will be quoted separately.
Any requirements outside this scope will be assessed and quoted separately upon request.
